Nephilim

Gen 6:1 Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, 2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose. 3 And the Lord said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years."

4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown. NKJV

It came to pass” These events were fulfilled in the Gospels.

Nephilim is Hebrew for a bully or tyrant; or, Fallen man; Like Goliath being defeated by David the Shepherd boy.

The Shadow; The Giants are those who defied the God of Israel

The Reality; The Pharisees who were steeped in sin.

Nimrod, Goliath and the sons of the Giant. All are the same stories of the fallen church due to the Love of money and power, corruption that filtered like yeast into the Church. The Pharisee’s and Sadducee’s are the Nephilim from the scriptures. They were corrupted by money and power, ‘Lording’ it over the people.

Feast of Unleavened bread is fulfilled

Jesus fulfills the Feast of unleavened bread as he rebukes the Pharisee’s, turning over the tables, cleansing the house of God. What follows Jesus is the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 70 AD, bring an end to sacrifice and offerings fulfilling the Prophecy of Daniel.

The Nephilim are corrupted man. Saul, before Paul, was distracted by sin, yet his heart was convicted by truth which he learned by following the Messiah (from a distance).

The covenant of faith is about the heart. It’s not about judging or 'Lording' it over others, it’s about examining our own lives and relying on grace and forgiveness from a compassionate God.

Matt 27:51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, 52 and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; 53 and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many. NKJV

Ex 12:14 'So this day shall be to you a memorial; and you shall keep it as a feast to the Lord throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast by an everlasting ordinance. 15 Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. On the first day you shall remove leaven from your houses. NKJV

Matt 11:11 "Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. 13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. 14 And if you are willing to receive it, he is Elijah who is to come. 15 He who has ears to hear, let him hear! NKJV

Num 13:31 But the men who had gone up with him said, "We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we." 32 And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, "The land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature. 33 There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight." NKJV
